Health no longer tracking sleep

Every since my update to iOS 18 the Health app has stopped tracking my Sleep hours from my sleep schedule. I've tried deleting the sleep schedules and making new ones. I'm on iOS 18.0.1.

I don't have an iWatch but before the update Health always tracked my sleeping hours based off my sleep schedule. I want the hours tracked for a different app but it's Health app that stopped tracking them.
