I can use my iPhone and look at my emails but my iPad keeps on asking for Exchange password. I never installed Exchange, my understanding is that the password is the same as my Hotmail password but it doesn’t work please help as my iPad is frozen. Thanks

Hotmail is now owned by Microsoft which uses Exchange.
YOu'll need to reach out to microsoft support or look at their help forum.
If this is a work account reach out to your IT admin.
