Apple Cash issue

I don’t use Apple Cash much, but when I was able to use it I never had a problem. I was getting money together to purchase something and in the midst of accepting the payment from my family member, it prompted me to verify my identity. I filled out the information and my account was restricted. I got one payment, but there was 2 payments to be made between me and my family member, and the second one is “received” but is not in my balance. I am under 18 (Which is why, i’m assuming my account was restricted) and was not aware of the family program. I’m just wondering how to get my account unrestricted and set up the family program or at least have this “received” payment sent back to my family member.
