Accepting new iCloud Terms & Conditions

Since they have put out more Terms & Conditions, it’s been telling me that I need to accept to use iCloud. Every time I try to it tells me the action isn’t able to be completed.

Terms and Conditions Is there a trick to accepting Apple's new Terms and Conditions? I have done it several times and restarted my iphone, yet the prompt keeps coming that I won't be able to use icloud on the device if I don't accept them. I've tried accepting the first screen and going deeper to the second, 100 page document agreement. Any ideas? Thank you!

Open a browser on any device and go to iCloud.com.
Log in with your Apple Account credentials.

3. When prompted, accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
