Sync iCloud issue

Three days and I still don’t know what to do. My files and photos from iCloud don’t sync with MacBook. I can see them but they cannot be downloaded. I can download them in iPhone and iPad, but not into Mac. I tried everything - sign out from Mac, restart and so on and nothing changed. What helps, is only restart my Wifi, after that it works but until i shutdown (close) my Mac. After waking up, it’s doing again - cannot download from iCloud (even through web iCloud). Don’t know what to do… And don’t know but may be it has happened after new macos 15.1

I don't either. The wifi thing is disturbing, though. Can you try a different internet source? Have you tried using your iPhone as a HotSpot for wifi?

You restarted, but have you tried to re-start in Safe Mode? This bypasses certain potentially disruptive processes. Safe Mode is different for different computers, so see this:

Thank you all. I spoke to my provider of Internet connection and he advised me to change DNS address. It’s been 4 days and problem didn’t occur. So I hope, it solved the problem (although I didn’t change the DNS before, so I still don’t know, why it happened). But now it’s not happening, so I am happy about it. And I’d like to thank you for your reactions.

Tried Safe mode, but it did not help. When I try different source of wifi (iPhone hotspot) it works. So I do not know, if it's problem with wifi or Mac. Diagnosis of wifi shows normal, everything (including IPTV, Xbox, PC), except sync iCloud, works normally. It looks like when the Mac falls asleep, it interrupts wifi and when connecting again by waking up, it cannot connect to iCloud again. When I restart my wifi, it works, but again- only until Mac falls asleep...

I did a System Settings search for "Sleep." I got this:

If the changing wifi fixes it, the the problem may lie with your wifi modem/router. Have you tried just unplugging that, waiting a minute, and then plugging it back in? I have one router that I have plugged into a smart plug, and it turns off then on once a day. It's save me lots of irritating trips down the hall…
