Help on Identity Fraud and stolen Devices

Hello, my iPhone 15 Pro and watch 10 have been stolen on 11/09/2024 since then, all Money got stolen via apps, wallets and so on. Now my apple ID is blocked. I contacted apple support by phone last week, it said that someone would mail me with new identity authentication method in about 72 Hrs, that didn't happen.

I can't update or download apps, manage payments, search for the stolen devices, make Backup on iCloud, See the Photos in Camera Roll I have to sell to get money, and so on.

Help me Please. This is a new Apple ID to be able to contact apple Care.

Kind regards,

iPhone 15 Pro

You say your account has been "blocked" which is not a term Apple uses. What does it actually say?

Have you checked your junk mail? Are you reading mail in the same account you set up as a way for Apple to contact you? People often make the mistake of not keeping their contact information up to date which is absolutely critical in this day and age of account security and how they have their entire lives going through an account.
