Imessage and facetime not activating

have and ip 15 pro since updating to ios 18.1 my facetime and imessage was deactivated. restored netwokr settings and the trust number on my apple account keeps saying unavailable for imessage and facetime use. it works only when signed in with my apple id. 'my number' use to be shown and now it doesnt on the device
