Logic Pro 11.1 crashing upon any instance of Dolby Audio plugin. On sequoia 15.1.1

Cannot open even the demo surround audio files. Instant crash. Older Spatial Audio projects have the dolby audio plugin greyed out. When you remove it and try to reapply it to get the file to play at all, instant crash. Anything with that plugin in tweaked.

What is going on?

Ok. Here's how I got it to work. Rolled back to 11.0.1 with Time Machine. When I got the "copied at an unkown date move to trash" error message, something made me go check privacy and security in general settings, and there it was. "Open Logic Pro ANYWAY". Click on it, opened it, and now got surround to working, but with a process. It loaded in the demo surround file but threw up an "Atmos plugin type 10/12 not available on this system." And it had the exclamation point. So I went into project preferences, clicked off surround audio, clicked it back on. The atmos plugin was still exclamation point, so I deleted it and loaded in the same Atmos plugin. Worked, no crashes. So the problem definitely is with 11.1.

Meanwhile, I can work again. Hope this helps everyone else with this problem. I will try my other surround files, but I am fairly sure they will work as well with this resetting the surround audio parameter process.
