Where do i put the keyboard when I’m not using it?

Do you mean an external keyboard? If so, where you put it depends on the configuration. I use the iPad Magic Keyboard so it is attached to the iPad. Other third party iPad keyboards also attach to the iPad. If your keyboard doesn't attach, keep it in your case or bag. Or a drawer in your desk. Or sitting on top of the books in a bookshelf. Only you know what kind of keyboard you have and what options you have for storing it.
