Upgrade from Big Sur 11.7.10 to Monterey

I have a 2014 (mid year) MacBook Pro with Big Sur 11.7.10 as the OS. I am being told by Quicken that they will no longer support my Quicken software as long as I am running Big Sur 11.7.10.

Question #1 - What are my options?

Question #2 - Is Monterey my only option.

Question #3 - If so, how do I download it to my MacBook ?

There's no option in System Preference to upgrade, only update which is already done.
