I just want to flip my screen 180 degrees for a video game before turning it back, but I can't find the option. I found another old thread that said it should be here but it isn't:
I'm gonna be honest I am not familiar with apple devices (this is one of my relative's old imacs before someone asks me how I don't know the model if I bought it) but apparently this is a 2017 Imac. I have "MacOS Ventura" or something.

On Ventura, if the display was capable of rotation, then you would see a Rotation section on the Displays panel. Apple iMac screens are not rotatable.
My 32-in LG display being used with my M4 Mac Mini Pro does support rotation as shown by my Displays panel on Sequoia v15.1.1:

It should be located in System Settings-> Displays-> click on the monitor-> click on Rotation
