Turn photo on my “iPhone 12 pro “ into JPEG

As I’ve been instructed on how to change my photos on iPhone 12 Pro to JPEG, I’ve copied them, and then went to the FILES app and was supposed to tap BROWSE>. There is no BROWSE> on the FILES app on iPhone 12 Pro.
