Trying to download apps to Apple TV, model A1625 (64 GB), tvOS 18.1. The Apple TV is connected to WiFi, there are no issues with streaming services. When trying to download apps (3 different apps from the app store), all get stuck at a rotating circle. I unplugged the Apple TV from the power source for 10 minutes, but the problem persists.

This is how I managed to solve it (thank you, ATX_user2837): I logged out my user from the Apple TV, logged back in, restarted the Apple TV from the Settings menu. Now the apps are downloading normally.

Talked to a senior technical advisor today about the same problem happening on two of my AppleTVs. They said it was known issue. Had me sign out of the appletv then back in as a workaround, with the condition that it may not correct the problem. However, it did on my devices.

I have the same issue and signing out and back in didn't work.
It worked! I followed these steps, but I also restarted the Apple TV after logging back in. After all of this, I managed to download the apps I needed.
