Changing photo titles from alphabetic to numerical order on iPhone
How can I change the title of my photos from alphabetic prder to numerical order eg IMG_1234

These are your choices:
For iOS, your sorting choices in an Album are:
(This image is iOS18, but the choices have always been the same.)
Custom sorting means that you can drag the pictures into whatever order you like.
In iOS 18, you can sort the Library by date created or by date added:
In previous iOSs, Library couldn't be sorted, but there was a separate Recently Added view.
Alphabetical has not been a choice for sorting. Filename or Title are not choices for sorting.
