Need keyboard shortcut for renaming the title of photos in the photo app

Hello

I've over 38,000 photos and I need to change the filenames. For example, I've 4 screenshots. The current title is in the German language when the screenshot was taken, with the date and time. To change the title, I click in the field, change the title, and confirm my change with Return. Is there a faster way to do this using a keyboard shortcut? It'd be great if I could use the arrow keys to jump from photo to photo and then just press the keyboard shortcut to change the title!

I made some screenshots to show you my situation:

You could do ⌘i (Get Info). The top line in the pop-up window is the title and it can be edited there. You could then use the arrow keys etc. to navigate to other pictures and the info window updates as you go. You can even select multiple pictures and edit the title and it will apply to the entire selection. However, I suspect that's not what you're asking. Are you looking for a script that takes the filename, edits it in a systematic way and then copies the result into the title? That sounds like a job for AppleScript...

Thanks for your reply!

I'm trying to find a way to select a single image and then press a keyboard shortcut. If I press the combination, it would highlight the title field of the image so that I can press CMD+v to replace it with the word I copied earlier.

In one fluid motion, this would be much faster than constantly having to switch my hand to the mouse/trackpad.

Right arrow → shortcut → CMD+v → Return → Right arrow → shortcut → CMD+v → Return → Right arrow → shortcut → CMD+v → Return...Do you see how this method is more successful with over 38,000 photos than it is currently?

Currently, it's a bit more complicated: you need to navigate to the text field, click, then use CMD+V and Return, and repeat. It's a similar number of steps, but the constant hand movement can get tiring over time! These steps might seem few to you, but imagine doing them 38,000 times in a row! Then you'll understand how much effort it takes.

I don't want to script! I'm a simlple customer. I don't have any knowledge about scripting, programing or coding...
