Need older version of FB Messenger for my iPhone 6

Need older version of FB Messenger for my iPhone 6 iOS 12.5.7 which can't be updated and I can't update Messenger without iOS 15 and now am not able to receive some Messenger messages. How can I download a compatible older version of Messenger on my iPhone 6 since I can't afford a new iPhone? Thank you.
