Assistance Needed with Lost/Stolen iPhone X

I hope this email finds you well. I’m reaching out to seek assistance regarding an unfortunate incident involving my iPhone X.
A while ago, I brought my iPhone X to school, but it was taken from me by someone I know. Unfortunately, the individual changed the password for my iCloud account and removed the device from “Find My iPhone.”
Since then, I have regained access to my iCloud account, but I noticed that my iPhone X no longer appears in the list of devices connected to my account. I’m wondering if there’s any way to:
1. Track the last known location of the device.
2. Remotely lock the device to prevent unauthorized access or usage.
I understand the importance of account security and can provide any necessary information or proof of ownership to verify my identity and ownership of the device.
