Apps such as Instagram & TikTok has no sound after 18.1.1 update

My phone automatically updated to IOS 18.1.1 & I’ve found that my apps such as instagram & tiktok no longer have sound. I’ve updated the apps, tried deleting & redownloading the apps, as well as turning my ringer on & off - & nothing. It seems there may be a bug in this update - anyone else having this issue?
