NZTD app access issue on iOS 18.1.1

Unable to access or reload NZTD ( New Zealand Travel Deckaration) app since iOS update 18.1.1. The app also had an update in the past week. I contacted New Zealand government but they are unaware of issues. Also tried several different device over a period of days with no success. Anybody else reporting this? Any ideas?

It still isn’t working but oddly I can access through the link Air NZ sent me.

When I try to open the NZTD app is gives me the message “initialization failed…NZTD unable to start. May be transient or due to unstable internet”
