Export Hevc video as mp4

On my MacBook Pro, OS.Catalina, When I click on file in photos and then export, no "export as" option comes up so I can't change the format to MP4.

Not given the option to do this in movie either.

If I can't do this what is an easy to use converter app?

I am filming very short videos on my ipad

How can I convert a .mov video file to mp4 I need to upload a video to Amazon showing the actions of a defective item. (taken on my iPhone 14). I also have a Macbook Air 2022. Quality of video reduced in Finalcut Pro X export Hi, I am trying to find out how to export video files in the same quality as the original source video. I am filming on a DJI Osmo pocket 3, 4KUHG HLD mode, bitrate of 110mb/s. I am using a Macbook Air, M1 silicon, processing in Wide Colour Gamut using 2020HLG transcoding. The output file, 4kUHD HLG, computer, even set for better quality, is 45mb/s. Is there a way to up this export bitrate to match the source?

In iMovie after editing your movie you select file from top menu, then share, then file and then select next to let you to save at a specific location. This will be an mp4 video format.
