New MacBook Pro Purchase - No Apple intelligence

I purchased a MacBook Pro M3, 18 GB - 15.0.1 (Sequoia) and in the description it said AI would be available. But I do not see it anywhere in the systems menu.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.0

Assuming you are in a region where Apple Intelligence is available, you will need to update to at least 15.1.
