Why don't we have Granny 3 available on the App Store?

I'm a big fan of horror games, especially the Granny saga. However, I didn't find the Granny Chapter 3 app, only Chapter 1 and 2. I would like to know why the game is not available for Apple devices or if it is only on mobile phones.
