Incorrect password for new MacBook Air

Hi,

I just purchased an Apple MacBook Air 13.6” model no. A2681 and when I was setting it up I was asked to create a password and it gave me 2 ridiculously complicated passwords, as I tried to make my own it accepted on of the ridiculous passwords from the screen which I have no idea what it was and now I can’t open my MacBook now.

It won’t let me go past entering a password and I have no option on the screen to reset password. Also it locks me out for 5 minutes every time I try a password

Hoping someone can help as I can’t find anyway of contacting Apple
