Will Apple repair a damaged iPhone 13 Pro Max board?

My iPhone 13 pro max took a fatal fall with impact right above the logic board and no longer turns on. I do not have any backup whatsoever of my data as I never bought any extra iCloud storage, so I really need this phone repaired and I'm wondering if Apple would actually repair a board if I said that was my only option or if they'll just try to replace it/turn me away.

I did have UbreakiFix look at it and they couldn't get it going so said it must have board damage. Will Apple not touch it because they did? I do not have any Applecare+ stuff

Is my only option to look for a data recovery specialist?

Apple will not touch the phone if they detect that a third party shop or tech has been inside the phone.

Apple will not repair a board, they will replace a board.

Are you saying that you do not have a current backup for the phone? If that is the case, you would have to seek out a data restoration specialist to see whether or not it is even possible to retrieve the data on your phone.

The rub.......a data restoration specialist will have to get into the phone to see if it is even possible to get at the data on the phone. Apple will surely pick up unauthorized access to the phone, so I would expect them to refuse to service the phone.
