Apple store app can’t be opened on iPhone 8

I got iPhone 8 256gb v. 16.7.10 . And I cannot open Apple Store app, because it requires v. 17 or better. What do I do now? How could I open the app?

Your iPhone is too old as the Apple Store App requires iOS 17 or higher. As an alternative use Safari to go to the Apple Store

Thank you for answering. App Store connectivity is not a problem. It is to open the Apple Store app, where you buy apple stuff like phones, MacBooks etc.

When I open this app, it prompts me to update it, and directs to App Store. There it says that the Apple Store app is up to date, and is required v. 17 or higher of IPhone for it to function. And I got 16.7.10, and can’t get a newer one it seems.
