Safari is not loading websites on my Mac mini

Hello,

I have a problem with Safari.

Not on this machine but on an Mac Mini M2.

Ethernet and Wifi connections are all fine. Mail is working but Safari will not load any website. Every attempt returns the message below. I done all the obvious things. Deleting all history, force quitting, restarting. I even updated to Sequoia 15.1.1 but it has made no difference. I've tried all the suggestions from Apple but nothing has changed. Any suggestions welcome. Many thanks.

It was nothing to do with Apple.

It was the Virus Barrier element of Intego. Turning that on prevented Safari from loading, turning it off and it is fine. I raised this with Intego and they never replied.
