Unrecognized Notifytoday.online R10 notification on iPhone

I don’t know what this notification Notifytoday.online R10 means. When i click properties its some random encrypt i dont understand. I did all things on youtube such as refreshing network connection, deleteting email accounts, restarting iphone and updating it. Nothing helped. I dont usually ask for help but this is something i cant handle myself.
