iPhone adding a 0 in front of stored numbers

I traveled internationally last week. Since being back in the US, I can't make many phone calls. It adds a 0 before many phone numbers, which then can’t dial. I have to manually enter the numbers correctly in the phone keypad. I’ve restarted my phone and that doesn’t help.
