macOS Apps Stuck or Crashing on MacBook Pro M3 Pro

I have a MacBook Pro M3 Pro 14" with 18 GB RAM and a 512 GB SSD, running macOS Sequoia 15.1 (and earlier versions). I've been using Firefox and Adobe Creative Cloud (including Premiere Pro) for over five months.

About a month ago, I started having problems with Firefox. After restarting the system or closing Firefox without manually closing all tabs one by one, it gets stuck when I try to reopen it. I have to quit the application several times and use Safe Mode to open it fresh.

Then, about three weeks ago, I started experiencing issues with Adobe Premiere Pro. After running for a while, it gives me a "Force Quit Applications" message. I’ve attached screenshots of the issue.

This happens even when I’m only using Adobe Premiere Pro. When it happens, I have to quit the application, reopen it, and then it works for a while before the memory usage in Activity Monitor starts to spike again, leading to the same error.

This issue didn’t occur before. Premiere Pro used to run smoothly and efficiently. These problems are becoming really frustrating.

What could be causing this? How can I fix it?

P.S

Before starting Premiere Pro:

before it gives the error, 190.09GB it becomes around 100GB

Tour memory pressure curve is showing yellow (that's bad) to RED (that horrible).

The highest consumer, adobe premiere pro, is actively using over 80 GB. Your Mac actually contains 18 GB of real RAM. you have all sorts of other Apps open at the same time. LOTS go RAM is being simulated on your drive, so of course free space declines quite a bit.

If there is nothing wrong with adobe premiere pro and what you are editing, you should QUIT all other applications while you use it. You do not have enough real RAM in that computer to have all that stuff open AND have such a huge premier pro session at the same time.
