Strange clock-format for the 24-hour clock

Hello! I have a question about the clock format. I'm so used to seeing the clock as 00:23, 03:46 or 16:06 etc. But I recently bought an iPhone 13 (had an old 7 previously) and now the clock says 0.23, 3.46 and 16.06 to take those same examples.

I know it is such a dumb detail, but it is driving me insane! 0.23 is not a clock format in my mind, now I'm thinking I'm looking at a math-problem every time I want to check the clock. Is there a way to change this to have that extra 0 in front and the : instead of a . ?

If I change my preferred language away from any English it works, but I do prefer to have it in English.

Thank you in advance!

iPhone 13, iOS 17
