iphone SE3 ios 18 update issue

Since my SE3 updated to ios 18 my account is greyed out.


I have a message on screen stating icloude terms and conditiond have been updated and I need to accept them. However to do that I need to do it via my account which I can't get into/

Please go to settings>is there a button at the top to accept the new terms and conditions ?


If that is not working please see this:


When you try to accept the new iCloud terms and conditions on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro, you might see an error message that says: "Cannot Complete Action. This action cannot be completed at this time." To fix this issue, update your iPhone or iPad to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, or your Apple Vision Pro to the latest version of visionOS.
