Open the App Store app, tap on your profile picture at the top right, then on purchased. Find the App, and tap on the cloud icon to re-download it.

It’s good to know information. All you have to do is reinstall from the App Store. Offloading saves files of the apps if he or she was messing with they’re apps and accidentally deleted it they might want to mess around in the offloading section instead
