just deleted my apps and I need to recover

click my apps
click on the tabcontrol named "Not on this iphone"
find the apps you wish to get back
if they are not there then it's because apple pulled the plug on the app in which can you can't get it back.

Which Apps did you delete?
Open the App Store and search for each app individually to select and download them again one at a time.

Recovering Deleted Apps:
If deleted...
A. Apps Gone from the App Store:
Are these no longer available? Some times, an app it removed from the App Store, and it never becomes accessible again. This is something you would have agreed to upon opening an Apple Account. This all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Developer of the app.
B. Getting a New License:
If these are third-party (i.e. Microsoft Office), then contacted them, requesting and new License. Microsoft told me that this license "belongs to" me, so, they game me a new one, in exchange. This was proided because my device crashed, and it was not replaceable by Apple.
