How to recover my iCloud app

What do you mean by "iCloud App?" There is no iCloud app for the iPhone.

Recovering an iCloud Account:

You are able to log into these forums just fine. And you have an Apple ID. Your Apple ID is the same eMail address that you used to log in to these forums with. So, the eMail address would be no different, given it is the same account.

So, which is the case?:

• Are you missing an app?
• Are you unable to log into iCloud?
• Have your log items in iCloud Drive?
