Missing Recovery HD on macOS 10.13.6.

I’ve discovered that my Recovery Partition for High Sierra is missing; i.e., it’s not there. diskutil list shows 4 images, but none are labeled “Recovery”.

Since I need it to create a DiskWarrior Bootable Recovery, how can I do that quickly and easily if my Recovery partition is missing from the drive? I don’t want to have to reinstall High Sierra.

If you are using the APFS file system with High Sierra, then the Recovery Partition is now a Recovery Volume this is normally hidden from view by default because there is no reason for people to mount it.

Plus if you are using the APFS file system, then Disk Warrior won't help you since they have not released a version of Disk Warrior that can repair an APFS volume.
