Persistent pop-up when opening email attachments on iPhone

Does anyone know how to get rid of this pop-up? It comes up every time I try to open an attachment from an email on my phone. It always covers up the information I need when I am doing bookkeeping. I know I can just tap it and make it go away but it’s annoying.
