hi,
today i tried to turn off 2 factor authentication ,but it won't let me,there no option to turn it off in my phone,and 2 weeks still hasn't passed since my account creation, i would appreciate any advice on how to solve this issue.

If you just created a new account, it will have 2FA enabled and, to the best of my knowledge, you can't turn it off. If you had an old account that never had it enabled and you turned it on, you'd get an email.
The only way that was able to be accomplished previously was by using a link in the email you should have received when 2FA was turned on.
