Trying to activate a new phone without my old phone and don’t know any information about the old phone it’s a company phone what do I do

So first - let’s assume your old phone is lost or broken, yes?

KiltedTim has the right idea. Your company has a process for setting up phones for new employees. You have to go through that process again since it is a brand new phone. If you are lucky, your company Intranet page has instructions for this.

Otherwise you have to open a ticket with your IT department. I have worked for LOTs of companies, and they all have some kind of help desk for Information Technology problems like yours.

Talk to whoever issued the phone to you from your company.
