Monthly challenge status not available since software update on apple watch

Ever since iWatch software update last week, My current monthly challenge does not show up. (I've bee checking progress on monthly challenges for years....this is new.)

April ‘25 fitness challenge is not showing up on my Apple Watch It’s April 27, 2025 and my April fitness challenge hasn't showed up. I’m not sure what to do. I updated my watch and phone. Force restarted both as well. But I received the Global close your rings award. Not sure what else to do [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Did you try to force restart your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
