Apple Watch opens Compass without clicking on it

My watch has just started having my compass or find my car or backtrack open without me touching it. Really annoying every time I try to see what time it is I have to press the crown to get my time face to come back. HELP!

You can double click the Digital Crown to show the recent apps, then swipe the Backtrack app to the left and tap on the X to close it.

Then check Settings/General/Return To Clock and enable "Always"

Scroll down to the Compass App and disable "Return To App" in "When In Session"

I changed the settings for the Action Button on my Apple Watch Ultra 2, so that the Backtrack App does not start if this button is pressed accidentally.
