How do I find (and presumably delete) the extra 22.5GB?
My iPhone says it has 1.2GB of Messages data.
iCloud space accounting says I'm storing 23.7 GB of Messages data.

When you use. iCloud messages items like attachments are stored in iCloud and not on your device. There will be a size difference
iCloud says 23GB of Messages; iPhone says 1.2GB. What gives?
