What settings can help reduce eye strain on my iPhone?

Hello , i have been using iphone for 7 years or so and with changed to iPhone 16 pro max , i am really unable to use my iphone which causes severe migraine and dizziness for me in 5mins. There is a swelling under the eyebrows and severe pain in at the corners and dizziness. I didn’t face any problem like this if I change the phone anytime. Can Apple suggest any settings.

I use Dark mode, which reduces my eye strain greatly. Also take a look in Accessibility and try several of these settings to reduce eye strain.

Limit Frame Rate

Dim flashing lights

Reduce motion

Show vehicle motion cues

Reduce white point

I would try just one setting change at a time and see which ones contribute to less eye strain and then try combining several settings and see if it improves.

Limit frame rate is probably the most beneficial for what you describe.
