Music does not synch from IPad to iPhone
Apple Music won't synch from iPad to iPhone, possibly because of different apple IDs. But if I sign in on iphone with same Apple ID as on iPad, still won't synch

Music only syncs across devices if you subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match. Otherwise, music is synced to device by connecting to your Mac or PC and syncing selected songs.
