Missing iPhone 16 pro max - Uber Eats

Ordered iPhone 16 pro max yesterday. Paid $9 for next day delivery. Tracking shows order was delivered, but I never received it. Was waiting by door with phone in hand during the delivery time window from 10:30am-12:30pm. Called Apple support. They will start an investigation and process a refund. This is so inappropriate. Came across other posts here and on reddit that this has happened to other people. Apple why are you still using Uber to deliver electronics? This is shameful.
