With no windows open and nothing apparently running my MacBook makes a weird squirting noise sort of like ketchup coming out of the bottle. For the life of me I can't figure out what it is or how to make it stop.

It's difficult to diagnose the issue since we can't hear it. But download and run the free version of EtreCheckPro, from https://etrecheck.com/en/index.html

Then maybe someone can spot something running that would explain that sound.

You still have McAfee installed and I would recommend removing it. It's really not necessary and can cause all sorts of unexpected behavior, though whether it's the culprit in your situation I can't say. You might also want to remove the VPN, unless your employer or school requires it; again, VPNs are generally not needed (they don't provide the security many people think they do), though again I can't say whether yours could be the source of this odd sound. PayPal Honey and RoboForm I have no experience with so I can't say whether either might be the cause.

I found a way to shut off the extraneous anti-virus programs and so far no unwanted sounds happening, I will continue to monitor.

The sounds are back...I will try to post the entire report, it said I had a max of 5000 characters and the report is well over that.
