eSim transfer issue on new iPhone
I believe that the carrier store where I purchased my phone did not transfer my eSims to my new phone. I am able to make and receive calls and texts. However, I cannot get on to any of my apps. I researced and it seems that the problem is the eSims. Is there a way I can fix this issue myself without having to go back to the store?
