Downloading eSIM data for reuse on iPhone 15 Pro

I have a 15pro that has a us carrier eSIM that I use all the time and an eSIM I use when we visit Belize from the local carrier. We make 2-3 visits there each year so I want to keep that number and just activate the eSIM when I arrive in country.

We are about to do a visit to Europe that will have us going to the UK, Italy and Croatia. So I want to get an eSIM for that trip so I can get data etc.

I can’t find a way to pull all the data about my Belize eSIM into something that I can then reload once I’m done with my Europe eSIM.

any ideas folks?
