Received suspicious email at 12:51am

I received an email at 12:51 stating that my Apple Pay has been restricted until I can update my address. If I don’t update my address in 48 hours, my account will be terminated. The email address looks odd. I just wanted to ask if this is a scam.

New Apple email scam in time for Xmas Received this email today, ten days before Xmas. It’s very convincing, the only trouble is that I do not have Apple Pay. This is the subject title. Alert: Ap⁯ple Pay Restri឵cted – Verify Your A឵pp‍le ID to Resume Use. #36756755 Be very careful everyone.

Apple Pay Susp⁫ension: Invalid Address Detected – Veri⁭fy Now. I received an email today - allegedly from Apple saying : " O⁬ur system detected an unauthorized attempt b⁯y individuals to impersonate y឵o⁪ur Apple I⁫D account". Also "W‍e'v⁫e Temporary Suspend y⁬ou⁭r AppIe I‍D (my email here) a‌nd Apple P‎ay Service. The sender is :- sales@techniart.com Can someone please reassure me that this is a Scam? Thank you.

Yes, it is a scam attempt. Do not interact with the message or the sender.
