outlook is frozen on iPhone 8 Plus iOS 16.7.10

My outlook email app s frozen. Open the app and then it freezes on the email page. Cannot scroll, or open/change.

I have rebooted the phone several times.

Outlook keeps freezing on my iPhone I seem to be having an issue on my outlook IOS app when i go to move an email to a subfolder. Apple Mail app suddenly crashes from today when opening the app since this morning my Mail app on iPhone 12 (IOS 16.5) freezes when opening with white screen for several seconds, than the starting view appears but frozen and after few seconds crashes. Tried to close app, restart phone etc... No changes. Did not update IOS in the last days, so should not be related to this. anyone having similar problem just recently? thanks !
