Tradetiger installation not possible in my MacBook Air.

I have tried several times to install trade tiger software in my Mac book air but failed always. Why is it like it that?

Fidelity Investments Active Trader Pro Application I have a Macbook Pro with the Apple M1 Pro chip and running macOS Venture 13.3.1. I have been unable to get Active Trader Pro to work on my computer. Fidelity claims it should work on my computer, but they have been unable to get it to do so. macOS Sonoma install problem I have tried three times to install Sonoma on my 2022 M2 MacBook Air, and each time it gets to "52 minutes remaining" and goes no further. I have tried trashing the install program and redownloading it, but that produced the same results. Any ideas?

Have you tried to install it using the app store? If no, you might want to do that

If yes, I would contact the developer of this app, maybe something is wrong with the version that has been seeded through the App Store
